  • 1-2 cup wheat flour.
  • 4 eggs.
  • 1/2 cup milk.
  • 1/4 cup olive oil.
  • 1-4 cup cream cheese.
  • 1-4 teaspoon baking powder.
  • 1-4 teaspoon vanilla essence.
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated lemon zest.
  • 1/2 a cup blueberries( to taste).

Instructions
 

  • Start by making the batter for your pancakes, using the wheat flour, milk, eggs, cream cheese, baking powder, vanilla essence, and lemon zest after which set it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, add an adequate amount(about 3-4 tablespoons) of olive oil to the pan and heat it up until hot enough.
  • Next, pour in about 1/4 cup of the cake batter(you had prepared earlier) to the pan, spreading it gently to form a nice round base.
  • Then let the batter fry over medium heat until the top starts to brown.
     
  • Now, flip and fry on the other side for 3 minutes more.
     
  • Next, transfer the pancake to a plate and repeat steps 3, 4, 5, and 6 with the remaining batter until you've utilized all of it.
