First thing you’ll need to start executing the vegetarian keto recipes is to get mixing bowl and put a quarter grated cucumber, cup of full-fat plain greek yogurt, teaspoon of garlic powder, tablespoon of white vinegar, and two tablespoons of minced fresh dill, two tablespoons of olive oil, and mix it all up to get the sauce.
Next you’ll need to take the large collard green leaves and trim the stems from them.
Once that’s done spread out the tzatziki sauce and add cucumber, bell pepper and feta in the middle.
