The first meatloaf recipe we have for you is quite easy to make and takes a total time of 1 hour and 10 minutes from start to finish.

- 2 lbs Ground beef
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ½ cup diced Onion
- ⅓ cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsp chopped Parsley
- 2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar

- Oven preheated to 350F

To start making this recipe you’ll need to get the oven preheated to 350F and prepare a baking pan with foil and spray it with non-stick spray.
Next, you’ll need a large bowl in which you’ll mix together the ground beef, Italian breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic powder, parsley, salt, pepper and BBQ sauce.
Use your hands to combine them together well. After they are well mixed together, transfer the mixture into the baking pan you prepared earlier and press it down till the entire pan is filled with the meatloaf mixture then place it in the oven and bake it for about 45 minutes.
When the time has passed, take out the pan, set it aside and raise the temperature of the oven to 400F.
Get another bowl and mix together the ketchup, yellow mustard and brown sugar to make the topping.
Once they are well combined, spread the mixture over the meatloaf and place the entire pan back in the oven to cook for another 10 minutes.
Take out the baking pan and let the meatloaf cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
Per serving, this traditional meatloaf recipe will provide you with 25.8g Carbs, 276 Calories, 5.5g Fat and 29g Protein.
Traditional Meatloaf Recipe #2
The second recipe we have prepared for you takes similar time to make and doesn’t require too much skill on your part which is perfect if you’re a beginner cook.
It takes about 10 minutes to prepare all the ingredients and around 55 minutes to cook it in the oven.
The ingredients you’ll need for this recipe are:
- 1lb Ground beef
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 cup dried Bread crumbs
- ½ cup diced Yellow onion
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon dried Parsley
- ¾ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup + ¼ cup Ketchup (for the sauce)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Light brown sugar
To start making this recipe you’ll need to begin by preheating the oven to 350F.
Next, you’ll need a large bowl in which you’ll mix in the beef, onion, milk, egg, bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, parsle, garlic powder, pepper, salt and Worcestershire sauce and start mixing them up using your hands till it’s all combined together well.
Next, you’ll need a baking pan that you’ll coat with a non-stick spray and pour the mixture into it patting it down till the entire pan is filled.
Set the pan aside and take a small mixing bowl in which you’ll need to add the ¼ cup of ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar. Stir them till they are mixed well and afterwards pour the mixture in the baking pan, spreading it out so it’s even.
Put the baking pan in the oven and let it bake for at least 55 minutes.
Let the dish cool of for about 10 minutes before serving it.
Per serving, this traditional meatloaf recipe will provide you with 14.8g Carbs, 164 Calories, 5.7g Fat and 11.7g Protein.
Traditional Meatloaf Recipe #3
The third recipe we have utilizes a bit more different meatloaf recipes vegetables which makes it even richer in flavor.
It takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes to make from start to finish and following the exact ingredients on the list will give you 10 servings.
The ingredients you’ll need to make this traditional meatloaf recipe are:
- 2 ½lb ground Chuck
- 1 Egg
- 1 chopped Carrot
- 1 chopped Rib celery
- ½ chopped Onion
- ½ chopped Red bell pepper
- 4 chopped White mushrooms
- 3 chopped Garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoons Dried Italian herbs
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
- Hot pepper sauce (according to taste)
- 1 cup Plain bread crumbs
To start making this recipe you’ll need to prepare the oven by preheating it to 325F.
Next, you’ll need the get a food processor and add the onion, red bell pepper, celery, carrot, mushrooms and garlic and use the food processor until the mixture inside resembles a puree.
Transfer the puree from the food processor into a mixing bowl and add the ground chuck in it along with the egg and Worcestershire sauce and mix them well.
Once those are mixed together add the salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper and Italian herbs and mix them as well using a wooden spoon.
Add the bread crumbs to the mixture and using your hands mix in the crumbs with the rest of the ingredients.
Coat a baking pan with olive oil and add the mixture on the baking pan pressing it down till the entire baking pan is filled and the mixture is even.
Place the pan in the oven and bake it for about 15 minutes.
While that is cooking, take a smaller bowl and add the Dijon mustard, ketchup, brown sugar and hot sauce and mix them well with each other.
Once the 15 minutes have passed, take out the baking pan and pour in the mixture from the small bowl on top of the meatloaf and spread it around the pan evenly.
Put the baking pan back in the oven and let it bake for at least 30-40 more minutes for the meatloaf to be ready.
Once it’s ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool down for at least 10 minutes before cutting it and serving.
Per serving, this traditional meatloaf recipe will provide you with 14.8g Carbs, 284 Calories, 14.9g Fat and 21.6g Protein.
