Vanilla is probably the most popular flavor of ice cream in the world and we just had to put a spumoni ice cream recipe of this flavor. The ice cream turns out really creamy and delicious and it’s very simple to make in about 20 minutes. The ingredients you’ll need to make this ice cream recipe are:

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1 ½ cups Heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup Gentle Sweet (Sweetener)
  • ¼ cup Half and Half
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable glycerin

To start preparing your ice cream you’ll need a blender in which you’ll put the cottage cheese and half and half to blend together until they are smooth. Make sure they blended together well and there are no lumps of cottage cheese in the mixture.
Once they are smooth, add the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend again till they are mixed well.
Take your ice cream maker, transfer the mixture in it and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Once done, transfer it to an airtight container and into the freezer to cool for a while.
