- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup whole milk

- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1 ½ cups Heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup Gentle Sweet (Sweetener)
- ¼ cup Half and Half
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable glycerin
To start preparing your ice cream you’ll need a blender in which you’ll put the cottage cheese and half and half to blend together until they are smooth. Make sure they blended together well and there are no lumps of cottage cheese in the mixture.
