This snickers bar recipe combines caramel, chocolate and peanut butter and that’s a combination most people love.

- 1 ¼ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup
- ¼ cup
- ½ tbsp xanthan gum
- 15 drops
Peanut Butter Caramel Filling
- ½ cup
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbsp
vanilla extract Chocolate Topping
- 6 tbsp
- 2 ½ ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tbsp powdered Stevia
- 2 tbsp
unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tbsp vanilla extract
- 15 drops liquid stevia
First thing you’ll need to start executing the snickers bar recipe is to start with the shortbread crust and for this you’ll need a bowl in which you’ll put the almond flour, chilled butter, granulated stevia, xanthan gum and liquid stevia and use a food processor to crumble it all together.

Afterwards place it in a baking dish and press is against it so it’s even on all sides before placing it to cook for 15 minutes at 350F.
Grab another bowl and put the stevia for the caramel filling with one teaspoon of water and stir it frequently till the mixture bubbles.
Add the cream and stir it in before placing it back on the heat and finally add half a cup of peanut butter and mix it around. Once the 15 minutes are up take out the baking pan, pour the caramel filling and spread it around.
For the third part you’ll need another bowl in which you’ll add the butter, powdered stevia, unsweetened chocolate and melt them.
Once it’s melted add the cocoa powder, liquid stevia, vanilla extract mix it around and pour it on top of the caramel filling. Let it sit at a room temperature for about an hour before trying it.
