The first recipe takes a bit of time to make but it’s totally worth because of the way it tastes and how delicious it is.
From start to finish you’ll need around 4 hours but it’s mostly refrigerator time where you don’t need to be in the kitchen.
Following the exact shrimp ceviche recipe will yield 6 servings of this refreshing appetizer and the ingredients you’ll need are:
Shrimp Ceviche Recipe
- 1 lb
peeled and diced Shrimp
squeezed Lemons (juice)
squeezed Lime (juice)
- 1 Cup
- ½ diced Red onion
diced Red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp
sliced Green onion
- 2 tbsp
- 1 diced Avocado
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Keep in fridge for 4 hours
To start making this recipe you’ll need to get a bowl in which you’ll add the shrimp along with the 1 lemon and 4 lime juice and make sure they are completely under the fluids.
Use a lid to cover the bowl and put them in the fridge for 4 hours.
After the 4 hours have passed, take out the bowl and get rid of the juices.

- ½ chopped Red onion
- ½ chopped Cilantro

The ingredients you’ll need to make this recipe are:
- 1lb cut into cubes Shrimp
- 3 squeezed Limes (juice)
- 1 cup diced Tomato
- 2/3 cup diced Mango
- 2/3 cup drained Pineapple tidbits
- ¾ cup chopped Cilantro
- ½ cup diced Onion
- 1 diced Avocado
- 1 ½ tablespoons minced Garlic
- ¾ teaspoons Salt
- Pepper to taste
To start making this recipe you’ll need a large bowl in which you’ll add the shrimp and the lime juice and mix them well together.
Once mixed nicely, cover the bowl and put it in the fridge to chill for about 45 minutes or till the shrimp becomes white.
While the bowl is in the fridge, take another bowl and inside mix the tomato, cilantro, pineapple, mango, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and afterwards cover the bowl and put it in the fridge as well.
When the shrimp has reached the desired color and coolness, get rid of the extra juice and squeeze the shrimp lightly to make sure no more lime juice is present and then transfer the shrimp along with the avocado in the bowl with the other ingredients.
Use some salt and pepper to season the appetizer and enjoy your meal.
