  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Get a frying pan and saute the onion than add the sausage, teaspoon of paprika, teaspoon of dried oregano, half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste and cook until the sausage is browned out then add one cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

Stir it around till the cheese is melted than take the zucchini and load them with the filling from the pan. Add extra cheese on top and half a cup of chicken broth before putting it to bake for 30 minutes at 350F.
