INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 2 cups zucchini, diced
2 cupsgreen cabbage, shredded - ½ cup onion, diced
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard, prepared
- 1 teaspoon ground sage, dried
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
- Cayenne pepper to taste
First thing you’ll need to start executing the recipe is to get a skillet and cook the sausage in it till it’s browned. Then add half a cup diced onion and two cups diced zucchini and stir it around to cook it.

Add two cups of shredded green cabbage and stir it around again so it gets cooked better. Then spread into a casserole dish.
Get a mixing bowl and add the 3 large eggs into it along with half a cup of mayonnaise, two teaspoons of yellow mustard, one teaspoon ground sage, cayenne pepper to taste and mix it all up.
Spread the mixture on top of the cooked meat and veggies in the casserole dish and add half a cup of cheddar cheese on top before putting it in the oven to bake for 30 minutes at 375F.
