- 1 lb
Ground Pork Sausage
- 8 oz. Cream cheese cut into small pieces
- 2 minced
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups
Blanched Almond flour
- 2 tbsp
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
To begin executing the sausage ball recipe with cream cheese you’ll need the oven preheated to 400F and a baking sheet lined with foil and greased.
Afterwards you’ll need to pick up a large bowl and combine the shredded cheddar cheese, Italian seasoning, baking powder and almond flour and stir them together well.
Once well combined, add the cream cheese, sausage and garlic and mix them again to combine them well but not for too long so you don’t over mix them.
Get a small scoop and start forming the balls from the mixture, placing them on the previously prepared baking sheet.
When you fill up the baking sheet, put them in the preheated oven to cook for about 8 minutes and then open the oven and turn the balls in place so they don’t stick and they cook evenly. Bake for another 8 minutes after turning.
When the second 8 minutes elapsed, take the pan and broil the balls for 2 more minutes to get a better brown color.

- 1 lb ground Italian sausage
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup blanched Almond flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onions
To begin making this second keto sausage ball recipe you’ll need to preheat your oven up to 350F and line a baking sheet with a wire cooling rack to prepare for the baking part.
Once you’ve done that you want to get a bowl and combine all the ingredients with your hands until they have mixed well with each other.
Form the final mixture into approximately 24 balls and place them on the previously prepared wire rack and inside the preheated oven to bake for about 20 minutes.

Most people prefer these keto sausage balls to be served hot or warm although they won’t lose out on their tastiness if they are served at room temperature, so at the end of the day it all comes down to your own preferences because both ways are acceptable.
