INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 3 cups grape tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 10 pieces pearl size mozzarella balls
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 1 tablespoon brine, reserved from cheese
  • ¼ cup basil, fresh

First thing you’ll need to start executing the recipe is to heat up the oven to 400F. Line a baking pan with tin foil and put three cups grape tomatoes in it, four cloves of peeled garlic, two tablespoons avocado oil and make sure everything is coated with the oil. Spread them around and bake for 30 minutes.

Mix one tablespoon of liquid mozzarella with one tablespoon of pesto in a small bowl.
