It’s quick and easy to make but doesn’t lack in tastiness which makes it just perfect especially considering the rich, creamy and delicious texture. So let’s start with the ingredients.
- 10 ounces defrosted spinach
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
First thing you’ll need to start executing the recipe is to grab a frying pan and put the defrosted spinach in and wait for the water to boil off before adding the 3 ounces of cream cheese.
Stir until the cream cheese is melted and then add the quarter teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste and stir it again for a bit then add the two tablespoons of sour cream.

Turn the heat down to low and stir once again to mix up the sour cream with the other ingredients. Once they’re all mixed introduce the three tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
