There’s probably no-one in the world that doesn’t enjoy a good cookie now and then, especially when it is a chocolate chip cookie. Psyllium husk recipes, even people that are on strict keto diets are tempted to break their ketosis state in order to enjoy some cookies, usually when nobody is watching.
All jokes aside, chocolate chip cookies often remind us of our happy childhoods and really manage to improve our mood. They remind us of the days when we believed in Santa for example and I’m sure those times made you happy.

1.Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies
The ingredients you’ll need to make 16 of these delicious psyllium husk recipes, treats are the following:
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp. Coconut Flour
- 2 tbsp. Psyllium Husk
- 3 tbsp. Unflavored Whey Protein
- 8 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
- 2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
- 10 drops of liquid Stevia
- 1/4 cup Erythritol
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 large egg
- 5 bars of any Cocoa bar that is 95%
To start it all out make sure you preheat the oven to 350F and afterwards mix the almond flour with the whey protein, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder and baking powder.
Grab a hand mixer and use it on the butter at room temperature until it turns to a pale color.
Add the Erythritol and Liquid Stevia to the butter and use the mixer again.
Add the large egg and vanilla extract in the butter and mix once again till it’s merged completely.
Take the bowl with the previously mixed dry ingredients and add them to the butter.
Mix again till there are no lumps at all.
Grab a knife and slice up the chocolate bars into small pieces before adding them to the mixture.
Mix again till they are completely combined.
Take the dough out and roll it into a log then take a knife and cut of equal pieces of it and roll those pieces into a ball and lay them out on a baking sheet.
Take a jar and press the rolled up slices till they are flat and put them to bake for around 15 minutes.
Once the 15 minutes are up, let them cool off a bit (5-10 minutes) and you’re ready to enjoy some awesome keto friendly chocolate chip cookies.

2.Vanilla Flavored Psyllium Husk Cookies
The ingredients you’ll need to make these psyllium husk recipes, vanilla flavored cookies are the following
- 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Psyllium Husk
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 5 tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. Flaxseed meal
- 4 tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 5 tbsp. Almond milk
To start executing this recipe you’ll need to mix these ingredients well and add liquid and flour in case it’s too dry or too watery, accordingly.
Roll them with an approximate thickness of 1/8″.
Cut 24 equal pieces from the roll and lay them out on a baking sheet and use some flour on the surface in case it seems too sticky.
Depending on the size of your oven you might need to prepare two baking sheets to make all these cookies.
Place them in the oven and bake them for about 20 minutes on 350F temperature.
Once they are done, let them cool off a bit before trying them out.
Be careful not to overeat them because they contain quite a lot of psyllium and it might cause you some trouble with your bowels.
Remember that everything is good in moderation.
3.High Fiber Pyllium Husk Cookies
The ingredients you’ll need to execute this psyllium husk recipes are the following:
- 1 cup Psyllium Husk
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/3 cup Water
- Cinnamon per taste
To start of the execution of these cookies, preheat your oven to 325F.
Get 2 bowls and combine the dry ingredients in one bowl and the liquid ones in the other bowl.
Mix them well till they blended well together and afterwards combine them in one bowl and mix again till they are well prepared.
Get a baking sheet and form rolls on it, then press them down to make a cookie shape using a jar.
Put them in the oven to bake for around 20 minutes or till you notice that they get lightly brown.
Let them cool for a while and enjoy the tasty cookies with the healthy fiber you get from them.
