Olive Garden Chicken Alfredo Recipe
Olive Garden Chicken Alfredo recipe
- Large Size Pan
- 2 cup Fettucine pasta
- 200 g Chicken Breasts
- ¼ cup Flour
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
- ⅓ cup Whole Milk
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- ⅓ tbsp White Pepper
- ⅔ cup Parsley
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt Pinch
- ⅓ tbsp Black Pepper
- ½ tbsp Garlic
- Prefer using Fettucine pasta
Steps For Preparing the Chicken
Get a big, shallow dish ready first. Breadcrumbs, parmesan, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be combined in it.
Take a second large, shallow dish now. Eggs and water should be whisked together in that one.
Each chicken piece should be well coated by first being tossed in the flour/breadcrumb mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally back in the flour/breadcrumbs.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the oil as soon as the butter has melted.
The breaded chicken is added to the oil/butter combination and cooked for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until well done. Place the chicken on a plate. While you are preparing the sauce, cover it to stay warm.
Steps For Preparing the Sauce
First, prepare the fettuccine noodles as directed on the container. Keep some of the pasta water in the pot. Keep 1 1/2 cups of it warm by covering the pasta until it is time to serve.
More butter should now be melted over medium heat in the same skillet you used for the chicken, and the garlic should be stirred in for one minute to develop a pleasant aroma.
Then, add the flour and whisk until a paste forms over the top of the melted butter and garlic.
Once the milk is smooth and thoroughly blended, add the salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Continue whisking until the mixture is well combined.
Stirring until the cheese is completely melted and mixed and the sauce thickens, add additional salt and pepper to taste along with the parmesan cheese.
Finally, gently whisk in additional pasta water as necessary to create a rich, silky sauce that may be poured. If necessary, taste and add additional salt and pepper.
