- 1 ½ tablespoon maple extractCoating
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

- 15 drops liquid Stevia
- ¼ cup chopped roasted pecans

First thing you’ll need to start executing the recipe is to line a baking sheet with foil and lay out slices of thick cut bacon on it then put 1 ½ teaspoon maple extract, 1 tablespoon now erythritol and rub everything in well then flip the bacon pieces and repeat on the other side before putting it to bake for about 50 minutes at 400F.
Get a mixing bowl and put 5 tablespoons of bacon fat from the pan, 2 tablespoons now erythritol, 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, 15 drops of liquid stevia and mix it all up.
Dip the bacon in chocolate and set it on a parchment paper then sprinkle with chopped pecans and it’s ready to be served.
