- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of fresh basil
- 1 cup of sun-dried tomatoes packed in olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- ½ cup of parmesan cheese
For the asparagus shrimp:
- ½ cup of chopped red onion
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Take a frying pan and add olive oil along with the onions in it to sauté for approximately 5 minutes so the onions become soft. Once the 5 minutes passed, add the garlic and cook it for another 30-40 seconds.
Add the asparagus in the frying pan and cook it for about 5 minutes before adding the shrimp to cook till they get a pink color.

- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup
- ½ cup diced red bell pepper

- 2 big

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cans

To begin preparing this delicious meal you’ll need to start with the sauce so take a pan and add the olive oil in it to heat it up on medium heat.
Add the onions and cook them around 5 minutes to get them soft and afterwards add the celery, bell pepper, carrot, garlic, salt, pepper, tomato paste and crushed red pepper to the pan to cook together for at least 3 minutes.
Add the ground turkey into the mix and stir the mixture occasionally using a wooden spoon till the meat is cooked well and has kind of a brown color.
Once that is done, add the wine in the mixture and reduce till it’s almost gone.

Once they’ve cooled, cut them in half and use a spoon to take out the seeds and afterwards use a fork to scrape the sides and remove the pulp.
Pour a cup of Bolognese sauce over each halves of the squashes and use the parmesan cheese and parsley to garnish.

- ½ cup of almond meal
- ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup of water
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of chopped Italian parsley

- ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
To prepare the mashed cauliflower:
- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- ½ teaspoon of kosher salt
- ¼ grated parmesan cheese
To begin creating this amazing dinner you’ll need to preheat the oven to 400F and use a cooking spray to grease a baking pan.
Get a large bowl and place all the ingredients for the meatballs inside and mix them well until they are mashed together.
Afterwards use your hands to create meatballs of the mixture.
Once the meatballs are created, put them on a baking sheet and into the baking pan and cook them for about 25 minutes.
While the meatballs are baking, you need to take a large bowl, fill it with 2 cups of water and place a steamer basket in the bottom to steam the cauliflower properly.
Make sure the water is boiling and while you’re waiting for the water to boil, cut the cauliflower head into large pieces and remove the stem from them.
Once the water starts boiling, put the cauliflower pieces into the steamer than cover it and steam for about 8 minutes.
When the 8 minutes pass, take out the cauliflower and let it cool down for at least 5 minutes than put the steamed cauliflower pieces into a bowl along with the chicken broth and grab an immersion blender to mash the cauliflower.
Once the cauliflower is mashed smoothly, add butter, garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper and parmesan and stir the mixture well so it’s combined.
