- ¾ cups Almond flour
- ½ tbsp
- 1 tbsp Sea salt
- ½ cup full-fat Buttermilk
- Olive oil
- 3 cup shredded Zucchini
- Sour cream
To begin making the pancakes you’ll need to get a bowl and mix in the almond flour, sea salt and baking soda along with the eggs that need to be beaten previously and start stirring while you add the buttermilk inside.
Once you’ve got that mixed up you’re ready to cook the pancakes since you just made the pancake base. Take out a frying pan and heat up some olive oil inside to cook the pancakes.
Once you’ve cooked the pancakes you need to get the zucchini and grate them either using a hand grater or a food processor if you have one.
Add some sour cream on top of the pancakes and sprinkle some grated zucchini and you got yourself a really nice meal for breakfast, or any part of the day for that matter.

It will absolutely blow your mind when you taste the great flavor of the beef because it has so many ingredients that make it very flavorful and in this recipe it’s combined with some cauliflower rice which gives it a nice twist.
What you need to get in order to prepare this awesome dish is.
For the Beef:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 tablespoon of Olive oil
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- ¼ cup of Coconut aminos
- ¼ cup of Beef broth
- 4 cloves of minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons of Sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon of Crushed red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon of Ground ginger
For the Cauliflower Rice:
- 1 lb riced Cauliflower
- ½ teaspoon of Sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of Olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon of Black pepper
For the Garnish:
- 1 small sliced Cucumber
- ¼ cup of sliced Green onions
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
To start making this tasty dish it’s best if you start with preparing the cauliflower rice. This one is easy to make especially if you bought some frozen cauliflower rice because this way all you have to do is follow the simple instructions on the package of the product.
You’ll want to stir fry it so that there isn’t any smell of the cauliflower left which will mess with the flavor.
To make the sauce you’ll need a bowl in which you’ll whisk the coconut aminos, sesame oil, beef broth, crushed red pepper flakes and the ground ginger.
The ground beef needs to be cooked until it has a brownish color and after it’s brown you need to add the minced garlic and cook for another minute before adding the sauce you prepared earlier and stir fry it in order for it to thicken and be absorbed by the beef.
You can also simmer it for a while to achieve further depth of flavor.
This dish will set you back on your daily net carbs for only 9g.

Low Carb 30 Minute Meals –Low Carb Frozen Yogurt
This one is actually very low on carbs considering that it’s a dessert recipe you can prepare in like 5 minutes or so.
It’s really easy to make and it’s quite delicious as well. You need just a few simple ingredients and a blender to execute the recipe and the ingredients you’ll need are:
- 1 cup of Full-fat Greek yogurt
- 4 cups of Blackberries
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of Lemon juice
Low Carb 30 Minute Meals, so to make this frozen yogurt recipe you’ll need a blender in which you’ll put all the ingredients and blend them well until they are smooth.
That’s actually the whole process of making it but before serving it’s best if you first put it in the freezer so it’s cools to your liking point.
