- 6 medium boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large lemons
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried ground sage
- ½ teaspoons ground black pepper
Keto Lemon and Rosemary Chicken Thighs
First thing you’ll need to start executing the recipe is to get blender and add 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 teaspoons of kosher salt and grind the garlic and salt together.
Next, slowly add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a little bit at a time and grind again until a paste is formed then take a Ziploc bag put the chicken thighs in it with the grinded mixture and let them marinate for at least 2 hours.
