Ingredients

  • 6 medium boneless skinless
  • 6 tbsp unsweetened smooth peanut
  • ¼ cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp

    soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp

    orange juice

  • 1 tbsp

    lemon juice

  • ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp chili paste
  • ¼ tbsp coriander
  • ¼ tbsp

    cayenne pepper

  • Salt and pepper to taste

First thing you’ll need to start executing the thai peanut chicken recipe is to get a bowl and put half a cup of peanut butter in it along with quarter cup chicken stock, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon orange juice, rice vinegar, half teaspoon sesame oil, 2 teaspoons chili garlic paste, quarter teaspoon coriander, quarter teaspoon cayenne pepper and mix them all together until it’s thick and creamy.
