Ingredients
  

  • ¼ Cup Beef bone broth
  • ½ lb Beef mince
  • ½ tbsp Chilli flakes
  • ½ tbsp Coarse ground black pepper
  • ½ tbsp Coconut flour
  • ½ tbsp crushed garlic
  • ½ tbsp Cumin
  • ½ tbsp Dried thyme
  • ½ tbsp Ginger
  • Half a diced medium onion
  • Large egg
  • ¼ tbsp Smoked paprika
  • ½ tbsp turmeric
  • Dough Ingredients
  • 1 pinch salt
  • cup Almond flour
  • 1 oz Cream cheese softened
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • Large egg
  • ¾ Cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • For the filling, fry the beef mince in a skillet over a medium heat setting until lightly browned.

Instructions

 

1.For the filling, fry the beef mince in a skillet over a medium heat setting until lightly browned.

2.Add the rest of the ingredients apart from the egg, turmeric, cumin, coconut flour, and stock and cook until a bit tender.

3.Now add the bone broth and flour to the mix.

4.Allow to simmer for about 2 minutes then set aside

5.Now it's time for the dough.

6.Mix the grated mozzarella and almond flour in a microwaveable bowl

7.Add cream cheese to the mix and microwave for 45 sec – 1 minute

8.Sirt the mixture which should now be soft due to melted cheese

9.Microwave for another minute

10.Now add the remaining ingredients and mix.

11.After that, knead the dough into a disc shape

 

Putting it together

 

1.Now we’re ready to build the patties

2.Create a large dough rectangle, about ½ an inch thick over some parchment paper.

3.Divide the rectangle into 8 equal pieces

4.In a bowl, mix together the egg, cumin and turmeric powder.

5.Now spoon in some meat mixture into 4 of the dough pieces.

6.Make sure the meat is far enough from the edges so as not to overspill

7.Now place the other four dough pieces with the remaining fore

8.Pinch the edges down with a fork until they are stuck together

9.Now brush the outside of the pies with the egg and spice mix which will turn into a glaze

10.Fry in a lightly greased pan just long enough to bronze the crusts

11.Serve while hot!
