- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- 1 Large Egg Filling
- 3 Ounces Green cabbage, shredded
- 2 Slices Bacon, thickly sliced Toppings
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Tablespoons sugar-free bbq Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Seaweed flakes (or nori flakes)
- 1 tbsp bonito flakes

The first thing you need to do in order to begin making the keto okonomiyaki is to get a bowl and add 1 tablespoon softened butter, 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons almond flour, 1 tablespoon flax meal, ½ tablespoon baking powder, ¼ salt, 1 large egg and start mixing it all together.

Once the ingredients are mixed together well, add the 3 oz. shredded green cabbage and mix again.
Meanwhile grab a pan and fry the 2 thick cut slices of bacon.
When they are done on one side, flip them over while arranging them in the center to create a platform and then spread the previously mixed batter over them and cook them for around 7 minutes.

When the approximate 7 minutes have passed, flip the pancake over and cook for another 7 minutes.

When the following 7 minutes have passed and the batter is well cooked, get the sugar free bacon barbecue sauce and slather it on top, add some mayo and top with some powdered seaweed and bonito flakes.
