Keto No Bake Cheesecake
Keto No Bake Cheesecake Ingredients
- ¼ Cup Almond flour
- ½ Cup Coconut butter
- 24 Oz Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- ⅔ Cup Xylitol
- 1½ Cup Yogurt
Keto Cheesecake Crust Ingredients
- 10 g Almond flour
- ¼ tbsp Cinnamon
- 10 g Finely chopped pecans
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1½ tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1½ tbsp Xylitol
- place the cheesecake in the refrigerator, allowing it to chill and set for at least 2 hours before serving.
1.First, make the crust by combining all ingredients in a bowl and mixing until an even texture is formed.
2.After that, press the mixture down into a 9 inch lined pan. Set aside in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes while you prep the filling.
3.Place all cheesecake filling ingredients in a bowl and beat until a smooth cream is formed
4.Now it's time to add the creamy filling to the crust.
5.With a spatula, try and make the cream filling smooth and level
6.After this, place the cheesecake in the refrigerator, allowing it to chill and set for at least 2 hours before serving.

You can store it for up to a week in a sealed, refrigerated container.
