Keto Naan Bread

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 3 egg whites
  • 300 ml hot water
  • 5 tablespoons psyllium husk
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sesame seed

Instruction:

  • Mix all ingredients and divide into 6 pieces and shape each into a ball. Flatten the ball so it’s about 1 centimeter thick.
  • Glaze with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the bun.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes on 175C (350F) degrees. Enjoy!
