keto naan
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 3 egg whites
- 300 ml hot water
- 5 tablespoons psyllium husk
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Sesame seed
Instruction:
- Mix all ingredients and divide into 6 pieces and shape each into a ball. Flatten the ball so it’s about 1 centimeter thick.
- Glaze with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the bun.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes on 175C (350F) degrees. Enjoy!
