- 14 slices bacon, cut into chunks
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1.5 ounces scotch
- 2 tablespoons erythritol
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire
- 7 drops liquid stevia
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup black coffee

First thing you’ll need to start executing the recipe is to get a frying pan and put the bacon chunks in it to fry them. Cook them well until the bacon is crisp.
Next you’ll need to take out the bacon from the pan along with half of the bacon fat then add the diced onion and fry it for a while. Add the minced garlic and stir while frying them together. Next add the apple cider vinegar and remember to keep stirring. Add the scotch, the erythritol, hot sauce, soy sauce and liquid smoke, the worcestershire, liquid stevia and one teaspoon of black pepper and mix it all together.
Introduce the bacon into the pan with the mix along with a cup of black coffee and cook it for about 45 minutes while stirring often.
Once it’s done, take out your food procesoor and grind up the mix in it. When it’s done, put it in a fridge and chill it for about 24 hours to get the ideal flavor.
