- 1 stalk (64 g) celery
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 stalk (12 g) green onion
- 1 ounce crumbled blue cheese
- 1 green onion sliced

Firstly you need to preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and grind up the chicken with your food processor after which you’ll need to transfer it to a mixing bowl.

Next you need to add one large egg, one teaspoon of dried oregano, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, ¼ teaspoon of salt and half a cup of shredded whole milk mozzarella into the mixing bowl.
When all the ingredients are in the bowl you need to start mixing them together until the cheese appears as part of the meat. Get your pizza pan out and cover it with parchment to prepare it for the mix you just made. After the pan is ready pour the chicken mix in it and spread it around to make a crust shape.
Put the pan with the crust in the preheated oven and bake it for about 25 minutes or until the crust is well cooked.
