    flaxseed meal

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage

    Walden Farms Maple Syrup

  • 4 tbsp

    butter, melted

  • ½ tbsp

    onion powder

  • ½ tbsp

    garlic powder

  • ¼ tbsp

    sage

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

First thing you’ll need to start executing the recipe is to get a frying pan and cook the sausage.

Next you’ll need a mixing bowl in which you’ll put the almond flour, flaxseed meal, shredded cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, sage, 10 large eggs, melted butter, walder farms maple syrup, and mix everything together.

Once it’s all mixed up, add the cooked sausage to the mixture and transfer the mixture into a parchment lined casserole dish. Add 2 tablespoons of walden farms maple syrup and bake for about 55 minutes.
