I had a hankering for a few meatballs and hadn’t made any in a while, so I chose to assemble some new formula to help every one of you with some new thoughts in the kitchen so I came up with this incredible, exceptionally engaging presentation, and very filling meatballs. Now on to the ingredients.
- 1 ½ links hot Italian sausages
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup crushed pork rinds
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 5 slices pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup alfredo sauce
First thing you’ll need to start executing the recipe is to grab a mixing bowl in which you’ll break separated your Italian sausage, ensuring each piece is small. Afterwards add the ground beef along with the large eggs, crushed pork rinds, Italian seasoning and kosher salt and start mixing them together.

Next you’ll need a cube of pepperjack cheese which you’ll use as a center to wrap around the previously made mixture.
Once you’ve made about 12 meatballs and placed them in a baking pan, put them in the oven and bake them for around 50 minutes at 350°F. Once they’re done, let them cool off for a bit before serving.
