INGREDIENTS

Base

  • 6 large eggs, separated
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Unflavored Protein Powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ¼ cup erythritol
  • ¼ teaspoon liquid Stevia

Filling

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup erythritol
First thing you’ll need to start executing the recipe is to grab two mixing bowls, break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Take the mixing bowl with the yolks and add quarter cup of erythritol, the softened cream cheese, quarter cup of unflavored protein powder and two teaspoons of vanilla extract and mix it together.

Next you’ll need the bowl with the egg whites in which you’ll put in quarter teaspoon cream of tartar and whip it until stiff peaks form.
