- 5 pounds stew meat
- 3 cups coffee
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 ½ cup baby bella mushrooms
- 2/3 cup red wine, like Merlot
- 1 medium onion
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Keto Coffee and Wine Beef Stew
First thing you’ll need to start executing the recipe is to get the meat sliced up into bite sized chunks and season it with salt and pepper.
Melt 3 tablespoons of coconut oil and cook the beef till it’s browned in batches so you don’t overcrowd the pan.
Remove the beef to a plate and put 1 ½ cup baby bella mushrooms and cook them in the same pan.
