  • ½ chopped Onion
  • 1lb sliced Mushrooms
  • 10oz condensed Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup White rice

Next you’ll need to get the chicken breasts and season them with salt and pepper.

 

Add the mushrooms, onion, rice and chicken breasts in the instant pot in that exact order.

  • 1 ½ lb

    boneless Chicken breasts

  • 5 cups

    Chicken broth

  • 2 cups

    riced Cauliflower

To start making this Instant pot recipes chicken and rice you’ll need to set the Instant Pot to the sauté mode and leave it like that till you see that it shows hot on the screen.

 

You’ll need to add the olive oil to the pot next and afterwards the onion, celery and carrots and cook them in the pot for about 3 minutes while stirring occasionally.

 

Afterwards add the garlic as well and let it cook for half an hour before hitting the cancel button to stop the pot from cooking.

It only takes around 20 minutes to make from start to finish and following the recipe will get you 8 servings which means you can feed your entire family and even have leftovers for later.

 

To make this delicious recipe, the ingredients you’ll need are:

 

  • 1lb diced into cubes Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 5 large Eggs
  • 1 riced Cauliflower
  • 1 diced Red Onion
  • 5 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 cut Carrot
  • 4 chopped Scallions
  • 4 tablespoons Avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons Salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon White pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup Soy sauce

 

To start making this recipes you’ll need to get your Instant Pot and set it to the sauté mode and let it heat up well.

 

Once it’s heated up add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil along with the whisked eggs and let them cook for around 10 seconds before scrambling the eggs and transferring them to a bowl.

 

Clean up the instant pot from any leftover eggs in it and afterwards add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce along with the riced cauliflower and cook it for 2 minutes.

 

Once done, transfer the riced cauliflower to the bowl with the scrambled eggs.

 

Add 2 tablespoons of avocado oil, onions, butter, garlic, white pepper, salt and set the instant pot to sauté for 2 minutes.
After the 2 minutes add the chicken to the pot and lock the pressure valve.

 

Start cooking on high pressure for 2 minutes and when the time has elapsed, wait for about 5 minutes and afterwards release the pressure.

 

Open the pot and set it to sauté/browning and when the liquid is almost gone, make some space in the middle of the ingredients and add the sesame oil along with the cauliflower and the eggs and stir well while the eggs are hardening.

 

Mix it all with the chicken and other ingredients and stir till the eggs are completely cooked.

 

Once they are cooked add the rest of the soy sauce and scallions and it’s ready to be served.
