- ½ tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 lb Skinless cubed chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Xylitol

1.In a bowl, combine the marmalade, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, xylitol, ginger, garlic, dried chilli flakes, soy sauce, and salt.
2.To the instant pot, add the cubed chicken and sauce
