Instant Pot Orange Chicken
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- ½ tbsp Crushed garlic
- ½ tbsp Crushed ginger
- ¼ tbsp Dried chili flakes
- ¾ Cup Sugar-free orange marmalade
- ½ tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 lb Skinless cubed chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Xylitol
- Close the pot and set to a high-pressure cook for 5 minutes
1.In a bowl, combine the marmalade, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, xylitol, ginger, garlic, dried chilli flakes, soy sauce, and salt.
2.To the instant pot, add the cubed chicken and sauce
3.Close the pot and set to a high-pressure cook for 5 minutes
4.Once done, allow a 10 minute natural release followed by a quick release, before opening the cooker.
5.Mix cornstarch and a tbsp of water to form a smooth paste.
6.Add paste to the pot and saute for about 3 minutes.
7.Serve hot and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
