Keto Instant Pot Cheesecake
First thing you’ll need to start executing the Instant Pot Cheesecake recipe is to get a mixing bowl and put the cream cheese, ½ cup swerve confectioners, matcha powder, coconut flour, ½ vanilla extract and mix it together till it’s well combined.
Once it is add the 2 large eggs but add them one by one and mix in between adding each egg.
Add the heavy whipping cream and mix again.
Get a 6-7 inch spring form pan and grease it, then add the mixture in it and afterwards get a tin foil and layer the spring pan from below and the sides before putting it on the steam rack in your Instant Pot and pressure cooking it for 35 minutes on high.

Get a bowl and put ½ a cup of sour cream in it along with 2 teaspoons swerve confectioners and mix it up to prepare the topping.
Do a 20 minute natural release on your Instant Pot, blot any water off the cake and spread the sour cream on top. Take out the pot and fully cool before storing it in the fridge for several hours before serving.
Finally serve by drizzling sugar free maple syrup on top.
