- 2 lbs Lamb Breast
- ½ cup Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ tbsp Coarse Pepper
- 3 medium sized Oranges

- Lamb to bake at 325F for about 2 and a half hours or till you feel like its tender enough

To start making this recipe you’ll need to take the lamb and cut it into 8 equal pieces.
Next you’ll need to grate one orange till you get about 1 tablespoon of peel and you’ll need to squeeze the orange to get about ¼ cup of orange juice.
Take a bowl and combine the juice, peel, chili sauce, coarse pepper, honey, salt, Worcestershire sauce and mix them well than set them aside. Prepare a roasting pan and put the lamb inside.
Pour the mixture from the bowl over the lamb and put the lamb to bake at 325F for about 2 and a half hours or till you feel like its tender enough. Use the sauce from time to time to baste the lamb, While the lamb is in the oven, cut up the remaining oranges crosswise.
How to cook lamb breast when you have about 15 minutes left to roast, place the orange slices on each lamb piece to get heated through. Take it out of the oven and let it cool off a bit before serving it.

How to cook lamb breast ribs, the second recipe we have for this post is also an amazingly tasty dish that is best made when cooked slowly. It’s very flavorful and delicious and it’s definitely worth spending that time in the kitchen.
It takes about 2 hours and 40 minutes from start to finish to make and you’ll get 4 servings following this recipe.
The ingredients you’ll need for this lamb breast recipe are:
– Bone Lamb Breast – 780g
– Oxo Lamb Stock Pot – 1 pack
– Boiling Water – 500ml
– Rosemary – 2 sprigs
– Onion – 1
– Garlic Cloves – 2
– Vegetable Oil – 1 tablespoon
– Clear Honey – 3 tablespoons
– Frozen Broad Beans – 375g
– Unsalted Butter – 10g
– Fresh Mint – 5 sprigs
– Asparagus – 2
– Salt and pepper
To start executing this recipe you’ll need to preheat the oven to 160C and take the lamb to score the skin using a sharp knife than put it aside.
Take a frying pan and heat it up till it’s almost smoking and place the lamb inside and cook on both sides till there’s some color showing.
Season the lamb with the salt and pepper and put it in a baking pan. Add the Oxo lamb stock, rosemary, onion and garlic to the baking pan and use a foil to cover it completely and place it in the oven to cook for about 2 hours.
While the lamb is cooking, put some water in a pan, boil it and once it’s boiled add broad beans and let them boil for about 3 minutes.
When the 3 minutes has passed, drain the boiling water and place the beans under a cold tap water and let them cool down. After they are cooled off, peel the skin.
When the lamb is finished cooking, how to cook lamb breast ribs. Remove it from the baking pan and place aside while you pour over the cooking fluid from the baking pan into a frying pan and put it over heat to reduce it down and add in the butter.
When you’re done with that, place the lamb pieces back into the baking pan and add the honey, than put it back in the oven and turn it up to 220C and use honey to baste the lamb while cooking till it gets a gold color.
Get another boiling pan and add more water in it to cook the asparagus. You need to simmer it for about 5 minutes and then add the broad beans in till they are warmed up. Take them out and put them on a serving plate.
Once the lamb is done as well, take it out, cut it into strips and put it over the asparagus and broad beans and use some mint to garnish on top.
