- 3-4 leaves
- ½ ounce

First thing you’ll need to start executing the galette recipe is to get mixing bowl and add the almond flour, garlic powder, mozzarella liquid, shredded parmesan cheese and the egg and mix it together.
Tomato galette – get a baking pan and spread the mixture on a parchment paper then cover it with pesto, leaves of fresh basil, sliced mozzarella pearls and cherry tomatoes.
Fold up the sides and put it in the oven to bake for about 25 minutes at 375F
