Galette Recipe – The great thing when preparing a galette is that you don’t have to worry about how it looks because it’s going to be delicious either way. This particular galette is composed of crispy, buttery and thick crust with a hint of parmesan cheese.
The filling is with tomato galette some tasty vegetables and pesto but you can use whatever you want for the filling when preparing a galette. Here’s what ingredients we used for this delicious lunch.

almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp
mozzarella liquid
- 1 tbsp
garlic powder
- ¼ cup
shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 3-4 leaves
fresh basil
- ½ ounce
Mozzarella pearls
- 3-4 cherry tomatoes

First thing you’ll need to start executing the galette recipe is to get mixing bowl and add the almond flour, garlic powder, mozzarella liquid, shredded parmesan cheese and the egg and mix it together.
Tomato galette – get a baking pan and spread the mixture on a parchment paper then cover it with pesto, leaves of fresh basil, sliced mozzarella pearls and cherry tomatoes.
Fold up the sides and put it in the oven to bake for about 25 minutes at 375F
When it’s done let it cool off for a while and it’s ready to be served.
