- 250 g salted Butter (cut up into cubes)
- 1 Lemon (Squeezed)
- 2 tbsp Parsley and Cilantro mix
- Black pepper according to taste

-Put the butter in the instant pot and melt it.
-Once it’s melted well add the other ingredients, mix them well inside the pot and let them cook for about 2 minutes.
-Turn the instant pot off and take out the inner pot in order to serve the sauce.

The second recipe for this delicious sauce is also very easy and quick to make and also very delicious.
It takes about 5 minutes to get it ready for serving and you’ll get similar nutrition as the previous recipe. To make this one you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 250g salted Butter (grass-fed if possible)
- 2 Lemons (Squeezed)
- 1 teaspoon of dried Parsley
- 1 large chopped Garlic clove
To start making this recipe you’ll need a frying pan in which you’ll put the butter and melt it over medium heat.
Once it’s melted you’ll need to add the rest of the ingredients and mix them well, then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Easy Lemon Butter Recipe with Fried Fish
This lemon butter recipe is excellent with some fried fish because their flavors mix together perfectly. It’s even easier to make than the previous ones because it required less ingredients for the sauce.
If you prefer the other lemon butter recipes you can easily mix them in with the fried fish and get a tasty dish as well although we think that this one is perfect with some fish fillets. The ingredients you’ll need to make this recipe are:
60g Butter (Cut into cubes)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Salt and pepper
150g Fish fillets
2 tablespoons White flour
2 tablespoons Canola oil
– To start making this recipe you’ll need to get a frying pan and add the butter in it to melt on medium heat.
-Once about 3 minutes has passed and the butter is melted, take it away from the stove and transfer it to a bowl.
-Add the lemon juice and some salt and pepper in the bowl and stir it to combine it well and put it aside for later.
-Take the fish and dry it off using paper towels and afterwards add some salt, pepper and flour on both sides of the fish making sure it’s well covered with the ingredients. Once they are covered shake whatever flour hasn’t stuck to the fish.
-Take out a skillet and add some oil in it to heat it up on high heat. When it’s hot enough, add the fish and cook it for about 2 minutes making sure it gets crispy on the edges and afterwards flip over and cook it on the other side for the same amount of time.
Once they are done, transfer them to a serving plate and cover them with the sauce you prepared previously. Use some parsley to garnish if you want to and enjoy.
