- ¼ cup Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated Lime zest
- 3 teaspoons dried Oregano
- ¾ teaspoon Pepper
- 1 ¼ teaspoon Salt

- 5lb Pork shoulder roast
- 1 halved and sliced Sweet onion
- 6 chopped chipotle peppers in a dobo sauce
- 2 cans Dr Pepper
- 1 cup Barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground pepper
To start making this Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce recipes you’ll need to prepare your oven by preheating it to 325F.
Afterwards you need to season the pork roast with garlic powder, salt and pepper and rub it with the chipotle peppers.

04. Recipes – Jam
The final recipe we have for you in this post is actually a recipe for a very tasty jam you can make out of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.
You need just a few ingredients and you’re ready to start making yourself some jam you can later spread on a piece of bread and enjoy.
To make this delicious jam you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 1 ½ lb hulled Strawberries
- 3 chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 package powdered Fruit pectin
- 2 teaspoon grated Lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 cups Sugar
To begin making this recipe you’ll need a food processor in which you’ll put half of the strawberries and puree them well.
The remaining strawberries needs to be chopped before adding them to a saucepan along with the lemon zest, lemon juice, peppers and salt.
Add the pectin while stirring and bring the whole mixture to a boil over high heat while stirring without stopping.
Add the sugar, stir and boil again.
Take it off the heat and remove the foam. Place the mixture in a five jars leaving about a quarter of the jar empty.
Get rid of the air bubbles and seal the jars well before placing them in a simmering water making sure they are fully underwater.
Bring the water to a boil and afterwards process for 10 minutes before transferring the jam out of the jars to cool off.
