- 12 Ounces Chicken liver cut into 12 pieces
- 12 slices
Bacon
- 1 tbsp
Paprika
- ½ tbsp
Sea Salt
- ½ tbsp Cayenne pepper
- ½ tbsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Erythritol in granules

To prepare this wonderful recipe you’ll need your oven preheated and a baking pan lined with tin foil.
Take the chicken livers and use some salt on them before wrapping them in the bacon utilizing a toothpick to secure them.
Get the rest of the ingredients and mix them together in a bowl.
Use the combined mixture to sprinkle each side of the bacon wrapped liver bites.
Put them in the oven and cook for about 8 minutes or till you see that the bacon is getting crispy.
Afterwards you can serve them right away or store them for later and heat them up when you need them.
They will stay good for about 3 days in the fridge.

Chicken Liver Recipes – Chicken Liver with Broccoli and Mushroom Sauce
Whether you’re a huge fan of chicken liver or not, this recipe is bound to satisfy your taste buds because of the surprise flavor it brings to the table.
It’s doesn’t use too expensive ingredients and takes about half an hour to prepare from start to finish.
The ingredients you’ll need for this recipe are:
- 1lb of Chicken Livers
- 1/3lb of Bacon
- 3 ounces of Shallots
- 6 ounces of Mushrooms
- 1 ¼ cup of Heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup of Parsley
- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- Salt and pepper
For the Broccoli you’ll need:
- 1 ½lbs of Broccoli
- 3 ounces of Cream cheese
- 3 ounces of Butter
- Salt and pepper
To start making this delicious chicken liver pate recipe you’ll need to take the bacon, dice it well and put it to fry till it gets crispy.
Make sure you don’t throw out the fat from the pan.
Take the onion and chop it up and then cut the mushrooms and put them both in the pan with the fat to fry them till they become soft.
Take them out and keep them nearby because you’ll need them soon enough.
Get the chicken liver and add it to the pan along with butter and cook it for a few minutes on both sides.
Afterwards add the onions, mushrooms and bacon in the pan along with the whipping cream and constantly stir the ingredients to mix them well.
Simmer the mixture for a few minutes till it’s all warmed up and afterwards add the parsley before putting it on a serving dish.
To prepare the Broccoli:
Take the broccoli and chop it up.
Place it in a salted water to cook till it gets soft.
Remove the water, add the cream cheese and butter and mix them well together till they are smooth.
Use salt and pepper for seasoning.

Chicken Liver Recipes – Crispy Livers
The third recipe chicken liver pate recipe on our list is crispy livers and we are aware that livers aren’t so popular but these are absolutely worth trying because they don’t feel like livers at all.
Aside from being crispy they are a bit spicy and slightly resemble spicy chicken wings.
The ingredients you’ll need to prepare these are:
- 1lb Chicken livers
- 1 cup Almond meal
- ½ cup Almond flour
- 1 beaten Egg
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon Dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons Coconut oil
To start making this recipe you’ll need to cut the livers into even pieces about 3” long, dry them using paper towels and put them in a glass bowl to use later.
Take the egg and beat it in a separate bowl before pouring it over the livers and mixing it inside.
Take another bowl and add the almond flour, almond meal, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, garlic powder, and kosher salt and use a fork to mix them well till there are not more lumps in the dish.
Take out a frying pan, add in coconut oil and put it on the stove to heat it up over medium heat.
Use your hands to coat the livers into the bowl with dry ingredients and transfer them in the pan to start frying.
Make sure you don’t place them too close to each other so they don’t stick.
Cook them for about 5 minutes and then flip them over on the other side to cook for another 4 minutes.
Do the same with the rest of the livers till they are all done and enjoy your meal.
These chicken livers will set you back for 7g net Carbs and provide 481 Calories, 37g Fat and 29g Protein per serving.
