The first burger we’d recommend in the Cheesecake Factory Menu is the Grilled Turkey Burger which contains 57g carbs, 23g fat and 1120 calories which is quite high and you can only consider this menu item if you’ve been really careful during your previous meals because it can easily kick you out of ketosis.
The second one is the Chicken Salad Sandwich which contains 78g carbs, 16g fats and 1140 calories and again you have to be careful because this is even higher on carbs than the previous one.
The third would be the Cuban Sandwich which contains 90g carbs, 24g fats and 1390 calories which is the highest one when it comes to carbs so only consider this one if you’re absolutely sure that you counted your previous Carb intake well.
Cheesecake Factory Nutrition for Seafood, Steak and Sides
The first item of this list would be the Grilled Salmon which has 47g carbs, 31g fat and 1240 calories which is a nice dish but it’s still not too keto friendly because of the high amount of carbs.
The second one is the Herb-Crusted Salmon with 44g carbs, 48g fat and 1340 calories which lower on carbs then our previous choice and is really great if you’re in the mood for some seafood.
The third item is the Filet Mignon containing 64g carbs, 24g fat and 1120 calories and caution here is a must since it’s really high on carbs.
The fourth one we picked is the Steak Diane with total of 53g carbs, 46g fats and 1540 calories which would be acceptable only if you’re sure that you are not going overboard with your daily allowed Carb intake.

There aren’t a lot of options in this category but maybe you’ll have a chance to squeeze in some Dessert if you have some room for carbs.
The first item is the Low-Carb Cheesecake Sweetened with Splenda which contains 40g carbs, 32g fats and 620 calories.
The second is the Low-Carb Cheesecake with Strawberries Sweetened with Splenda which contains 42g carbs, 32g fats and 630 calories.
Both options are quite high on carbs but there’s a chance that you may have some wiggle room in there to enjoy one of these Tasty Desserts. You’ll need to take out KETO STACK before any meals including any carbs to block those carbs from kicking you out of Ketosis.
