To start making this beef bottom round roast recipe you’ll need to cut the beef roast to get two pieces and then use the salt, pepper and garlic powder to season the beef. Afterwards set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and coot the beef till it gets a brown color.

 

Once it’s brown on both sides add the balsamic vinegar, water and chopped onion in the pot and then cover the pot and set the timer to 40 minutes.

 

Once the time passes, release the pressure before uncovering the pot and then transfer the meat to a large bowl and break it down into chunks while removing any big pieces of fat that you see.

 

Keep the Instant Pot on the sauté mode and cook the mixture that is left in the pot till it boils and then reduce it by letting it simmer for about 10 minutes.

 

Add the xanthan gum and mix it in well before adding the meat back to the pot and stir it in slowly.

The ingredients you’ll need to make this recipe are:

 

3lbs Boneless Beef Roast

1 chopped Onion

5 cut in half Radishes

2 sprigs Rosemary

2 cups Beef broth

½ cup sliced Mushrooms

1 ½ cup Cauliflower florets

½ cup chopped Celery

1/3 cup Zucchini rounds

¼ cup Chopped Orange bell pepper

1 teaspoon Himalayan salt

 – ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

½ teaspoon Ground black pepper

1 tablespoon Avocado oil

1 teaspoon Keto Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Tomato paste

2 teaspoons Coconut aminos

1 teaspoon Xanthan gum

To start making this beef bottom round roast recipe you’ll need your Instant Pot ready and prepare the meat for cooking using the salt, black pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

 

Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the oil to heat it up before slowly placing the meat inside to cook for about 4 minutes on each side.

1 tablespoon Garlic powder

½ tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon Onion powder

1 tablespoon Coconut aminos

60ml Apple cider vinegar

1 cup Celery

1 cup Mushrooms

1 cut up Zucchini

1 cut up Orange bell pepper

1 peeled and cut Turnip

250ml Roast Broth

3 tablespoons Butter

 

To start making this beef bottom round roast recipe you’ll need your Instant Pot in which you’ll put the beef along with the seasoning and mash it around so the seasoning sticks on the beef.

 

Next you’ll need to add the vinegar into the pot but pour it carefully so the seasoning doesn’t wash off the beef. Once it’s in, close the pot and seal the valve.

 

Put the meat/stew mode on the Instant Pot and cook it on high pressure for about an hour. Once the time passes let the pressure release by itself for about 15 minutes and then use the quick release on the valve.

 

Open the Pot and add the vegetables into it, close it back and seal the valve once again.

 

Set it on high pressure again and cook for another 2 minutes on the manual pressure cook mode.

 

When the 2 minutes have passed, turn the valve to quickly release the pressure, open the Pot and take out the meat and the vegetables from it letting the meat rest for about 10 minutes before shredding it.

 

Next you’ll want to prepare the gravy for which you’ll need a cup of the broth from the Instant Pot that you’ll put in a blender.

 

Add the 3 tablespoons of butter to the blender and mix it up till they are mixed well which should be around 1 minute.
