- 2 tablespoons Avocado oil

To begin this almond flour pancake recipe you’ll need a bowl in which you’ll mix in all the ingredients and whisk them together to make the mixture as smooth as possible.
Take out a pan and grease it with the butter so the pancake mixture doesn’t stick to the surface when cooking and afterwards pour in ¼ of a cup from the mixture into the pan.

Spread it evenly to form a pancake-like circle and cook it for around 2 minutes or till the edges of the circles are forming and then turn it over and cook for another minute or two till the pancake is getting a brownish color.
