I know we all love to enjoy a turkey sandwich here and there, but if you suffer from high blood pressure, chances are you shouldn’t dabble in this. Deli meats have been cured, seasoned and preserved in salt from the moment they are prepared and will hence trigger a high blood pressure.

  1. Frozen pizza

Ah, yes. Pizza. Everyone’s favorite! While it’s alright to consume a fresh slice now and then, frozen pizzas are off limits if you have high blood pressure. This too is because of the cured meats, cheese and buildup of tomato sauce present.
